Captive - Book Description
It started has a joke. Seriously, I wanted to write a cliché story...
But then it got extremely real and I fell in love by my characters and my elaborated plot. It became so much more and it has been amazing to write it, since I have so many people reading it and falling in love by my characters.
So, I decided I was going to continue to write the story, but I was going to write it seriously, really improving and giving a consistent and believable plot.
And let me tell you, people are going nuts because like myself they don't really know who to choose! Choose who? Well, why don't you go and find out?

Eighteen years old Aria never thought that the trip of her life to Paris, could become her worst nightmare. Awkward, dreamer, shy and bookworm, she was too innocent to survive to the sordid plan that destiny had in stored for her.
Philippe is the ruthless and cold ruler of the vampires in Paris. He is tall, handsome and he has the power of enthralling any woman he wants. He is happy with his live, even if the gargoyles are always trying to ruin his plots. It is not in his plans to fall in love, so when his pathetic soul mate comes into the picture, he has no problem in rejecting her and sentencing her to death.
Cedric is the gargoyles and angels' prince. He is looking for true love to break his curse and when he saves Aria, he knows that she is THE ONE. The runes that appeared in their hands prove it. Aria is his and he has no intention of letting her go. He will do anything to make her fall in love with him and cure her broken heart.
But what happens when her former mate decides that he made a mistake and he wants her back? Sometimes the dark can be really alluring...

Presenting myself
My name is Anna Santos. I'm a writer, a dreamer and a reader. I decided to create this blog to interact with my readers and give you some news about my books, my characters and my overall rants about the world and the writing universe.
Is there anything else you should like to know?
I don't have pets... besides fish.
I don't really like to talk about my private life, since it is private :) but sometimes I can share things that happened to me, like the fact that I'm finishing my second PhD, I'm taking Spanish as a second language to be a teacher.
I'm already a teacher, but only of Portuguese.
Another funny fact about me: I'm Portuguese :) and I love to write in English and I first found that love bug when I joined Wattpad and my fans and readers found me and my struggling first stories that I wrote in an unfamiliar language. Now I'm so much better than in the beginning and I actually have a lot of people helping me improve. I actually have readers :) what is amazing, since in my own language I could never dream to have so many followers and passionate people about my work.
I'll probably improve this "present myself" post :) because I really suck at talking about myself, since I find myself so boring. I rather talk about my characters, my plots and my alternative world of love and paranormal events.
